No copays, no deductibles, no surprise charges. Membership includes office visits, secure texting and phone access to your doctor, care coordination, women's health exams, joint injections, cryotherapy of skin lesions, and EKGs. Labs are available at wholesale discounted pricing. House calls available when needed. Direct primary care is not health insurance; we recommend pairing it with a health sharing or catastrophic plan.

Single-Parent Family

One parent and their children. Before heading to urgent care, text your family doctor first.

Board-Certified, 24+ Years of Experience
Dr. Kristian Sanchack, MD, MHA, FAAFP, DABOM, is board-certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine with more than 24 years caring for patients of all ages. MD from the Uniformed Services University, MHA from the University of Washington. A published author and speaker on medical education, autism spectrum disorder, and complementary care, he builds plans with you, not for you.
25 Years of Navy Service
Dr. Sanchack retired as a Navy Captain after 25 years of service, including two tours in Iraq, the second as officer in charge. He served as Chief Resident during his residency at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, Senior medical officer for over seas and operational medical units, Department head, and Program Director of the Naval Hospital Jacksonville Family Medicine Residency, where the Jacksonville Business Journal named him a 2016 "Health Care Hero." Awards include the Legion of Merit and Meritorious Service Medal.
